Project Overview

Situated in the picturesque hillside of Èze, this villa is a full electrical and smart-control upgrade designed to support new luxury wellness spaces and enhanced outdoor living. JL Electric was responsible for delivering a complete power and lighting solution, from infrastructure to intelligent automation.

Scope of Works

JL Electric provided all new electrical supplies, cabling, and systems installation for the following areas:

Fitness Centre — Dedicated electrical supply for all gym equipment, ambient lighting, and ventilation systems.
Sauna Area — All new power feeds, secure cabling, and protections for sauna heating and control equipment.
Jacuzzi — Outdoor-rated electrical supply and protection system installed for the jacuzzi and its control components.
Garden Lighting & External Power — Complete installation of new garden lighting circuits, cabling, junctions, and external power outlets to enhance the ambiance and usability of the outdoor spaces.

Smart Control Integration

JL Electric carried out the installation, configuration, and full programming of the KNX system, ensuring seamless operation of lighting and automation features throughout the property.
