Scope of Works
Working from carefully annotated plans, we:
• Ran new power and lighting circuits throughout every room, using fire-rated conduit and corrosion-resistant cabling.
• Fitted bespoke crystal chandeliers and period-style wall sconces with concealed back-boxes, plus integrated LED wardrobe lighting for a seamless finish.
• Installed underfloor heating across studio and bathrooms, ensuring even heat distribution and precise thermostat control.
• Supplied and mounted colonial-style ceiling fans in principal rooms to complement the era’s aesthetic.
• Fully rewired all outdoor lighting and controls with IP65-rated fixtures, including pathway and garden uplighters, for robust, weather-proof performance.

Despite strict preservation regulations and complex structural challenges, our bilingual team coordinated with architects and heritage authorities to deliver a discreet, reliable system that marries Belle Époque elegance with 21st-century convenience.
